"Frustrating experience with customer support"
I placed an order through Not on the High Street, but it was sent to an old address from a gift I bought ages ago. I quickly reached out to the company, and they updated the delivery address to my home, confirming it was correct. However, even with the right address on the delivery note, the parcel still went to the previous recipient. She’s been kind enough to forward it to me, but Simply Colors won’t cover the postage costs.
Update: After some back and forth, they finally refunded me the postage!

"Tiny Personalised Star Wars Rucksack"
Just got my grandson's personalised Star Wars rucksack, and let me tell ya, it's super small! I'm really let down by it; the letters are barely 2cm high. With shipping, I ended up spending £25.70. If you're thinking of getting one, I'd recommend going for the bigger size unless it's for a little kid. Since it's personalised, returning it ain't an option for me.

"Bottle tops are really faulty..."
These bottle tops are super defective and don’t pop out easily. To be fair, the customer service was decent and they swapped one of the tops, but the replacement is faulty again!!

Incredible customer support! I needed 10 kids' T-shirts for a muddy obstacle course. I placed my order on Thursday, and they showed up on Saturday just like they said they would.
I even got the two T-shirts I ordered on Friday morning, and they were included in the delivery too!
